Shipping policy
DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
MAKELIO sells digital products only. No physical product will be packaged or shipped, and no courier, shipping fee, customs duty, or physical delivery time applies.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, your digital product will normally be delivered automatically through a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout. Where available, the download link may also appear on the order confirmation or thank-you page.
Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes. However, occasional delays may occur because of payment verification, technical issues, email filtering, or temporary service interruptions.
FILE FORMAT
Digital products may be delivered as a ZIP file containing PDF documents. You are responsible for using a device and software capable of opening ZIP and PDF files.
If you purchase The Screen Reset — A Calm Family Guide & Printable Toolkit, the ZIP package contains five PDF files, including the Start Here guide, both A4 and US Letter editions of the ebook, and both A4 and US Letter editions of the printable family tools.
DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Each purchase includes up to five download attempts. We recommend downloading and securely saving the files to your device as soon as possible. Download links and files are intended exclusively for the customer who completed the purchase and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or uploaded to other platforms.
EMAIL DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address during checkout. If the delivery email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders.
DELIVERY SUPPORT
If you do not receive the download email, the link does not work, or a file cannot be opened, contact us at support@makeliocreative.com and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
We will assist you with restoring access, providing a replacement download link, or replacing a damaged or incorrect file.
